AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS AS AID TO THE FIRST SOUTHEAST ASIA MUSIC CONFERENCE TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF MANILA IN AUGUST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of twenty-five thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as aid to the First Southeast Asia Music Conference which will be held in Manila in August, nineteen hundred and fifty-five.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The funds herein appropriated shall be disbursed through the UNESCO National Commission of the Philippines with the approval of the President of the Philippines.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
