AN ACT FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE MUNICIPAL BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAVITE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE THE LAST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION ELEVEN OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The last paragraph of section eleven Of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred forty-seven, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Cavite, is amended to read as follows:

"The Members of the Municipal Board who are not officers or employees of the Government receiving a fixed compensation or salary from public funds, shall each receive an annual compensation of two thousand four hundred pesos."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
