Section 1
SECTION 1. The sitios of Santa Filomena, Mainit and Alegria in the Municipality of Cateel, Province of Davao, are converted into barrios of said municipality to be known as the barrios of Santa Filomena, Mainit and Alegria, respectively.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without executive approval, April 3, 1959.
