SECTION 1. The sitio of Cabuluan in the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Tarlac, is converted into a barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Cabuluan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
