AN ACT CONVERTING THE CABALIAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABALIAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, INTO A NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CABALIAN NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Cabalian High School in the Municipality of Cabalian, Province of Leyte, is hereby converted into a national vocational high school to be known as the Cabalian National Vocational High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, the necessary sum for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
