Section 1

SECTION 1. The Dr. Gregorio B. Tan Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Laoang, Province of Samar, is converted into a general hospital to be known as the Dr. Gregorio B. Tan General Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The operation and maintenance of this hospital shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
