AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF EMERGENCY HOSPITALS IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BULUAN, SULTAN SA BARONGIS, KIAMBA, AND KIDAPAWAN, ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1, There shall be established under the direct .supervision of the Director of Medical Services, emergency hospitals in the Municipalities of Buluan, Sultan Sa Baroñgis, Kiamba, and Kidapawan, all in the Province of Cotabato, to be known as the Buluan Emergency Hospital, Sultan Sa Barongis Emergency Hospital, Kiamba Emergency Hospital, and Kidapawan Emergency Hospital, respectively.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of four hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, one hundred thousand pesos for each emergency hospital, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospitals during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for their operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
