Preamble

FIRST CONGRESS OF THE REPUBLIC

OF THE PHILIPPINES

Fourth Session

Begun and held at the City of Manila on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of January, nineteen hundred and forty-nine

Section 1

SECTION 1. The teaching of Spanish language is hereby included as one of the possible subjects in all the high schools, either public or private, of the Philippines. The Secretary of Education shall take the necessary steps to comply with this provision as soon as possible.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
