AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF AN ADDITIONAL SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL BUILDING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANTAYAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU, AND THE FURTHER SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ANNUALLY FOR ITS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of an emergency hospital building in the Municipality of Bantayan, Province of Cebu.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Every year thereafter, the amount of fifty thousand pesos shall be authorized to be set aside for the operation and maintenance of said emergency hospital which sum shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
