AN ACT CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Iloilo, is further amended to read as follows:

"Iloilo, nine assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2

SEC.2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
