AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE HILARIO VALDEZ MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct administration and supervision of the Director of Public Schools, the Hilario Valdez Memorial Elementary School under the Bureau of Public Schools. It shall be established in the Municipality of Batac, Province, of Ilocos Norte, particularly in the northern part of the poblacion.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Director of Public Schools is hereby empowered to promulgate rules and regulations for the proper implementation of the provisions of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, including the acquisition of site, construction, maintenance and operation, of the Hilario Valdez Memorial Elementary School for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-four. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation, maintenance and management shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
