AN ACT CONVERTING THE SUMOROY MEMORIAL VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAPAG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, INTO AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SUMOROY AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Sumoroy Memorial Vocational School located in the Municipality of Palapag, Province of Samar, is hereby converted into an agro-industrial school to be known as the Sumoroy Agro-Industrial School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, the necessary sum for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
