AN ACT CONVERTING THE TRIA TIRONA MEMO­RIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAWIT, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Tria Tirona Memorial High School in the Municipality of Kawit, Province of Cavite, is hereby converted into a national high school.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for conversion, maintenance and operation of the said school the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Such as may be needed for the maintenance and operation of said school in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
