AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PASSI, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TQ BE KNOWN AS PASSI TRADE SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a trade school in the Municipality of Passi, Province of Iloilo, to be known as Passi Trade School. Courses of secondary level shall be offered in said school.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said trade school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
