AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLINAO, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Bolinao, Province of Pangasinan, to be known as Bolinao School of Fisheries.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
