Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitio of Hipantag in the barrio of Benit, Municipality of Sogod, Province of Southern Leyte, is separated from said barrio and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Hipantag.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
