Section 1

SECTION 1. For the purpose of defraying the operational and other incidental expenses including the expenses for a consultative meeting, and the living and transportation expenses of experts, of the holding of the Eastern Regional Organization for public Administration (EROPA) in Manila in September, 1965, the sum of eighty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, which sum shall be disbursed by the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Section 2

SEC. 2 This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
