AT ACT CONSTITUTING THE SUBPROVINCES OF APAYAO, BONTOC, IFUGAO AND KALINGA IN MOUNTAIN PROVINCE INTO TWO SEPARATE, INDEPENDENT AND REGULAR HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICTS.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The subprovinces of Apayao, Bontoc, Ifugao and Kalinga in Mountain Province are hereby constituted and organized into two separate, independent and regular highway engineering districts, one to be known as the Tabuk Highway Engineering District, and the other as the Bontoc Highway Engineering District. The Tabuk Highway Engineering District shall comprise the subprovinces of Apayao and Kalinga and the Bontoc Highway Engineering District shall comprise the subprovinces of Ifugao and Bontoc.

Section 2

SEC. 2. One district engineer shall be assigned to each of the two highway engineering districts in accordance with laws, rules and regulations applicable thereto.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
