Section 1

SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting after the subparagraph relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Sulu, the following new subparagraph to read as follows; Surigao del Norte, four assistant provincial fiscals.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
