AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SURIGAO DEL SUR PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Surigao del Sur Provincial Hospital is hereby increased from twenty-five to fifty beds.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The additional sum of seventy thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Such sum as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
