Section 1

SECTION 1. The provisions of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Misamis Oriental, is further amended to read as follows:

"Oriental Misamis, eight assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2

SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
