Section 1
SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Forty hundred twenty is hereby amended to read as follows:
" SECTION 1. There is hereby granted to Virginia Development Corporation (VIRDECOR), its successors or assigns, a temporary permit to construct, maintain and operate within the Philippines, subject to the approval of Secretary of Public Works and Communications, private fixed point-to-point and land-based and land-mobile radio stations for the reception and transmission of wire-messages on radiotelegraphy or radiotelephony, each station to be provided with a radio transmitting apparatus and a radio receiving apparatus."
