AN ACT ESTABLISHING A RURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ANTONIO, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS SAN ANTONIO RURAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a rural high school in the Municipality of San Antonio, Province of Northern Samar, to be known as San Antonio Rural High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the acquisition of a school site and for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said high school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
