Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitio of Bantayan in the Municipality of Lingayen, Province of Pangasinan, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Bantayan.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
