AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MARINE FISHERIES DEMONSTRATION STATION AND NURSERY AT ANY SUITABLE PLACE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAPA, SIARGAO ISLAND, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established and maintained under the supervision of the Commissioner of Fisheries, a marine fisheries demonstration station and nursery in any suitable coastal barrio in the Municipality of Dapa, Siargao Island, Province of Surigao del Norte, to be known as the Siargao Fisheries Demonstration Station and Nursery.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the operation and maintenance of said station shall be included in the annual General

Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
