AN ACT TO ESTABLISH, ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN ONE NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MILAGROS, PROVINCE OF MASBATE AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to establish, organize and maintain one National Agricultural School in the municipality of Milagros, Province of Masbate of the Central Luzon Agricultural School type, to be called the Masbate Agricultural School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos for its establishment and operation and maintenance during its first year, and such adequate sums as may be needed in subsequent years for its operation and maintenance yearly thereafter, are hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to locate and acquire or cause to be located and acquired a suitable site for the purpose of this Act, which may be public or private lands situated within the municipality of Milagros, Province of Masbate.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
