Section 1

SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Abra, is further amended to read as follows:

"Abra, three assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
