Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitio of New Kabalan in the barrio of Sta. Rita, Olongapo City, is hereby separated from said barrio and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said city, to be known as the barrio of New Kabalan.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, June 19, 1971.
