AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAGDIWANG, ISLAND OF SIBUYAN, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Bureau of Animal Industry, an artificial insemination station in the Municipality of Magdiwang, Island of Sibuyan, Province of Romblon, to be known as Sibuyan Artificial Insemination Station.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the construction of office, laboratory, building, annual sheds, equipment, supplies and material and such other expenses as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
