SECTION 1. The name of Occidental Negros Provincial Hospital, situated in the City of Bacolod Philippines, is hereby changed and, henceforth, shall be named Corazon Locsin-Montelibano Memorial Hospital.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
