AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PILOT PROJECT FOR ANIMAL INDUSTRY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry a pilot project for animal industry in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Davao del Norte, to be known as Monkayo Pilot Project.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized, to be appropriated; out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said project during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-three. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act: Provided, That no portion of this appropriation shall be transferred to any other item.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 17, 1972.
