AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SOIL CONSERVATION DEMONSTRATION STATION IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a soil conservation demonstration station in the City of Puerto Princesa to be known as Puerto Princesa Soil Conservation Demonstration Station. The said station shall be under the direct supervision of the Director of Soils, and shall be subject to the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred twenty-two.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any fund in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said soil conservation demonstration station for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-three. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without the Executive approval, June 17, 1972.
