AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE GUAGUA DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUAGUA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, TO PAMPANGA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL

Section 1

SECTION 1. The name of the Guagua District Hospital in the Municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga, is hereby changed to Pampanga Provincial Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
