SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Murcia, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Murcia Health Infirmary.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MURCIA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MURCIA HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SEC. 2. The Department of Health shall promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
