AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF AN ENGINEERING DISTRICT FOR THE FOURTH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT, QUEZON PROVINCE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE THEREOF

Section 1

SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, an engineering district of the Department of Public Works and Highways is hereby created in the fourth congressional district of Quezon Province.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on April 14, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
