AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE CABUGAO HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CABUGAO, MUNICIPALITY OF DONSOL, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be a Cabugao National High School in Barangay Cabugao, Municipality of Donsol, Province of Sorsogon, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on October 9, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
