SECTION 1. The Barangay Darat High School in the Municipality of Pinili, Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Pinili National High School.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BARANGAY DARAT HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINILI, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PINILI HIGH SCHOOL
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
