個人資料遮蔽、移除與更正申請

本站的判決書來自司法院依法公開的裁判書，公司資料來自主管機關依法公示的工商登記，法官與檢察官頁是依判決書上的署名自動整理。這些資料雖然都已由政府公開，但由本站呈現，就由本站負責處理你對它的請求。

可以提出申請的人：資料當事人本人、法定代理人、受當事人委任的律師或代理人，以及依法要求處理的法院或機關。代他人申請時，請附上委任或授權證明。申請內容只用於處理這次申請，不會公開，也不會通知判決的其他當事人。

我們的原則：判決內容以司法院公開的版本為準，處理只做到保護你所需要的程度；遮蔽姓名就能解決的，不整篇移除。

• 遮蔽姓名：判決頁上不再顯示你的姓名，判決其餘內容照常，頁面仍可在本站查到。
• 不讓搜尋引擎收錄：頁面在本站照常可以閱讀，但不再邀請 Google 等搜尋引擎收錄；搜尋結果會在搜尋引擎重新抓取這一頁後消失。
• 整篇移除：頁面從本站撤下。用在司法院已撤回或依法不應公開的裁判、法院或機關依法要求移除，或經個案審查確有必要的情形。
• 更正：資料有錯時修正，例如同名誤植、法官或檢察官頁的錯誤歸檔、公司涉訟清單誤列了別家公司的判決。

處理完成後，我們也會依處理方式請搜尋引擎跟進（見第 07 節）。

另外，本站會以自動機制遮蔽判決書中的身分證字號、住址、出生年月日等資料，但無法保證沒有疏漏。看到應該遮蔽卻沒有遮蔽的資料，請直接告訴我們，我們會優先處理。

上面沒有列到的情況，我們會衡量你的權益與資料公開的公共利益，個案判斷，並把理由告訴你。

只需要處理這次申請必要的資料：

• 頁面網址：要處理的本站頁面，可以多筆，網址需以 https://lawplayer.com 開頭。
• 要處理的內容：姓名或其他資料，以及希望的處理方式（遮蔽姓名、不收錄、整篇移除或更正）。
• 你與資料的關係：本人，或代理人（請附委任狀或授權書）。
• 身分證明：證件影本只要看得到姓名即可，證件號碼、住址、出生日期等其他欄位請先自行遮住。第 03 節寫「不需要你證明」的情況免附。
• 聯絡方式：透過官方 LINE 申請，我們就在同一個對話回覆你。

這些資料只用於查證與處理這次申請，保存與刪除依本站隱私權政策辦理。

兩個管道都會進入同一個處理流程，擇一即可：

• 官方 LINE：不需要先註冊本站帳號。按下方按鈕會開啟與官方帳號的對話並帶入申請範本，填完送出即可；也可以自行加入 LINE ID @lawplayer。
• 線上申請表：需要先登入本站帳號（目前註冊需要台灣手機號碼），適合一次提出多筆網址。

申請範本的欄位：申請類型、頁面網址、要處理的姓名或資料、你與資料的關係、其他說明。

• 收件確認：收到申請後我們會先回覆，通常在 2 個工作天內。
• 處理結果：原則上 15 日內完成；需要更多時間時，會告訴你目前的進度與原因。
• 法定期限：依個人資料保護法第 13 條，更正、補充、刪除或停止利用的請求，我們最遲在 30 日內決定，必要時得延長 30 日並以書面告知原因；查詢或閱覽的請求為 15 日，必要時得延長 15 日。
• 法官、檢察官頁的更正：原則上不超過 30 日，情形複雜時會先通知你。

核准後，我們會盡快更新本站頁面，通常在當天完成；搜尋結果的更新另需時間，見下一節。

我們能直接修改的是本站頁面。搜尋結果裡的標題與摘要，要等搜尋引擎重新抓取這一頁之後才會改變，通常需要數天到數週，時間由搜尋引擎決定。

為了加快更新，遮蔽姓名、更正或整篇移除完成後，我們會透過 IndexNow 通知支援的搜尋引擎（例如 Bing）重新抓取。「不讓搜尋引擎收錄」這一種，頁面上的內容沒有改變，我們不會主動推送這一頁，以免網路存檔服務因此替它留下副本。必要時，我們也會在 Google Search Console 申請清除該網址的舊摘要，或暫時移除該網址。

你也可以自己使用 Google 的「移除過時內容」工具，提交已經更新過的本站網址。位於歐盟、歐洲經濟區或英國的人，另可依當地法律請搜尋引擎移除以你的姓名搜尋時出現的結果；不過向我們申請是從源頭處理，所有搜尋引擎都會跟著更新。

下列情形我們不受理，並會告訴你理由：

• 網址不是本站頁面：司法院裁判書查詢系統或其他網站上的資料，請向該網站申請；希望司法院公開的版本也一併遮蔽，請向作成判決的法院或司法院提出。
• 要求改寫判決的事實、理由或結果：判決內容以司法院公開的版本為準，我們只能遮蔽、不收錄、整篇移除或更正錯誤。
• 公司登記的負責人、董事、監察人姓名，以及法官、檢察官因職務出現的姓名：不受理遮蔽，資料錯誤仍可申請更正。
• 無法確認你與資料的關係，且不屬於第 03 節不需證明的情況。
• 同一網址重複申請，且沒有新的事實或理由。

不同意處理結果時，可以在原對話中要求複核，我們會重新審查並說明理由。你也保有依個人資料保護法向主管機關陳情，或向法院請求救濟的權利。

LawPlayer publishes court judgments made public by Taiwan's Judicial Yuan under Article 83 of the Court Organization Act, company registration data published by Taiwan's competent authorities, and pages that organise the names of judges and prosecutors as they appear in judgments. If you find your name or other personal data on our site, you can ask us to: mask your name on the page (the rest of the judgment stays as published); stop search engines from indexing the page (it remains available on our site); remove the page where the judgment has been withdrawn by the Judicial Yuan or may not lawfully be published, where a court or authority requires it, or where a case-by-case review finds it necessary; or correct inaccurate data, such as a misattributed name. Requests are free of charge.

How we decide: if the Judicial Yuan's current version already replaces your name with a code, we follow it without asking for proof. For other judgments naming you as a private individual, you may ask us to mask your name or to stop indexing; we weigh your interests against the public interest in the judgment and explain our decision, and we do not rewrite the facts, reasoning or outcome of a judgment. Sensitive cases (sexual offences, children and youth, family matters, protected witnesses) are handled with priority. Names of company responsible persons, directors and supervisors (statutory registration data) and of judges and prosecutors acting in an official capacity are not masked, but errors are corrected; company contact details can be hidden from visitors who are not signed in.

What to send: the page URL(s), which must start with https://lawplayer.com; the name or data concerned and the outcome you want; your relationship to the data (yourself, or a representative with a power of attorney); and a copy of an identity document showing only your name, with all other fields covered. No identity document is needed where the Judicial Yuan has already replaced your name with a code. We use this information only to handle your request.

Timeline: we acknowledge receipt, usually within 2 business days, and aim to resolve requests within 15 days. Under Article 13 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, we decide on requests to correct, delete or stop using personal data within 30 days, extendable once by up to 30 days with written reasons. Once a request is approved we update our pages promptly, usually on the same day. Search engines decide when to recrawl, which can take days to weeks. Once a name is masked, data is corrected or a page is removed, we notify search engines that support IndexNow and, where needed, ask Google to clear the outdated snippet or temporarily remove the URL. For stop-indexing requests the page content does not change, so we do not push it to IndexNow, to avoid inviting web archives to copy it. If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you may also ask search engines to delist results for searches on your name.

If you already have a LawPlayer account, you can use the online request form instead; creating an account currently requires a Taiwan mobile number. Please write in English or Chinese. If you disagree with our decision, reply in the same conversation to ask for a review; we will re-examine it and explain our reasons. You also retain the right to complain to the competent data protection authority or to seek a remedy in court. In case of any discrepancy, the Traditional Chinese version of this page and of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy prevails.
