Section 130 — Right to injunction not affected

Nothing in this Part is to be construed as preventing or restricting a caveator from applying for and obtaining from a court an injunction for the purpose of —

(a)restraining the Registrar from registering a dealing the registration of which is prohibited by the caveat; or

(b)restraining another caveator or any party to an action or suit in which the court orders the withdrawal or removal of a caveat or in which it declines to extend the currency of a caveat from lodging another caveat in the same matter.[8/2014]
