Section 176 — Transitional provisions

The amendment to section 47 made by section 15 of the Land Titles (Amendment) Act 2001 (Act 25 of 2001) does not affect any person who dealt with a proprietor or who was entitled to be a proprietor under any contract or any other instrument evidencing the dealing in land that is dated before 20 August 2001.
