§ 6 — Seal of office
6.—(1) The Registrar is to have and use a seal of office having inscribed in the margin thereof the words “Registrar of Titles, Singapore”.(2) Every certificate of title, dealing or any other document in writing relating to the disposition or acquisition of, or claim to, any estate or interest in land or evidencing title thereto, bearing the Registrar’s seal or the facsimile of that seal and purporting to be issued by the Registrar —(a)
shall be received in evidence; and
(b)
is, unless the contrary is shown, deemed without further proof to be issued by or under the direction of the Registrar.
