s 23K Grant by specified assessor of certificate of medical need
23K.—(1) A specified assessor may, after conducting a clinical assessment of an individual, grant the individual a certificate of medical need certifying that the individual has a medical need to drive or ride a class or description of mobility vehicle for the validity period of the certificate of medical need. (2) To avoid doubt, a certificate of medical need may be granted to an individual in a digital form, consisting of evidence of the grant of the certificate of medical need using information relating to the individual that is displayed on a mobile communication device or other electronic device.[Act 5 of 2026 wef 27/02/2026]
