Section 1 Citation, commencement and introduction

This Order may be cited as the London Cab (No. 2) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 25th October 1990.

Section 2 Citation, commencement and introduction

The London Cab Order 1934 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this Order.

Section 3 Approved taximeters

In paragraph 35—

(a) in sub-paragraph (2) the words “Subject to sub-paragraph (4) of this paragraph” shall be omitted; and

(b) sub-paragraph (4) shall be omitted.

Section 4 Extra charges

In paragraph 41(2)(a) after item (iv) there shall be added—

and;

(v) for any hiring which is arranged by telephone £1.20.
