Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Dual-Use and Related Goods (Export Control) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 29th April 1997.

Section 2

At the end of the definition of “the Decision” in regulation 2 of the Dual-Use and Related Goods (Export Control) Regulations 1996 there shall be added the words—

which was itself amended by Council Decision No. 97/100/ CFSP of 20th January 1997
