Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Ambulance and Paramedic Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 15th January 1997.

Section 2 Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In Article 4 of the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Ambulance and Paramedic Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be substituted “4 executive”..
