Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Community Care (Direct Payments) Amendment Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st February 2000.

Section 2Amendment of the Community Care (Direct Payments) Regulations 1997

In regulation 2 of the Community Care (Direct Payments) Regulations 1997 (persons to whom direct payments may be made), sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (2) shall be omitted.
