Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 14th August 2000.

The Air Navigation (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2000
Section 2
The Air Navigation (General) Regulations 1993 shall be amended by substituting in regulation 18 for “For the purposes of article 39(1), the following airspace is hereby prescribed, that is to say ” “ For the purposes of article 47(1) of the Air Navigation Order 2000 the following airspace is hereby prescribed as North Atlantic Minimum Navigation Performance Specification Airspace, that is to say”.
