Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Southend Community Care Services and the Thameside Community Healthcare National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
The Southend Community Care Services National Health Service Trust established by the Southend Community Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order and the Thameside Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Thameside Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment Order) are hereby dissolved, and accordingly those Orders are hereby revoked.
