Section 1Citation, commencement and extent
These Regulations, which extend to England only, may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating (Unoccupied Property) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

The Non-Domestic Rating (Unoccupied Property) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2000
Section 2Property liable for unoccupied rates
Regulation 2(2)(g) of the Non-Domestic Rating (Unoccupied Property) Regulations 1989 shall have effect in respect of a hereditament shown in a non-domestic rating list compiled on or after 1st April 2000 as if for “ £1,500” there were substituted “£1,900”.
