Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the East Hertfordshire and the North Hertfordshire National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
The East Hertfordshire National Health Service Trust established by the East Hertfordshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order and the North Hertfordshire National Health Service Trust established by the North Hertfordshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order are hereby dissolved, and accordingly those Orders are hereby revoked.
